Family Caregivers of British Columbia (FCBC) is a registered non-profit charity dedicated 100% to supporting family caregivers. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for family and friend caregivers through support, information and education. We provide leadership to strengthen the voice of family caregivers and the significance of their role.
Our team members are a combination of staff and consultants who work at our home office in Victoria and in home offices throughout the province. Our work revolves around three pillars: caregiver support, education and health system collaboration with the ultimate goal of improving the quality of life of family and friend caregivers now and in the future.
CURRENT POSITIONS – CAREGIVER SUPPORT LINE COORDINATOR
We are looking for someone who values human connection, and can respond to our caregiver callers using compassion and empathy. We also need some great skills with database management (Salesforce, Excel) and scheduling (Outlook), so an eye for detail is vital.
