Family Caregivers of British Columbia (FCBC) is a registered non-profit charity dedicated 100% to supporting family caregivers. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for family and friend caregivers through support, information and education. We provide leadership to strengthen the voice of family caregivers and the significance of their role.
Our team members are a combination of staff and consultants who work at our home office in Victoria and in home offices throughout the province. Our work revolves around three pillars: caregiver support, education and health system collaboration with the ultimate goal of improving the quality of life of family and friend caregivers now and in the future.

Caregiver Support Lead
Location: Victoria, BC (Hybrid)
Hours: 35 hours/week
Salary: $37–$44 per hour + benefits

Family Caregivers of BC is seeking a Caregiver Support Lead to provide day-to-day leadership for our Caregiver Support team. This role oversees the BC Caregiver Support Line, 1:1 emotional support services, social prescribing, support groups, and volunteer facilitation.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in health/social services, 2+ years of supervision experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and comfort working in a hybrid, tech-enabled environment. Experience supporting family caregivers is an asset.
