Canada needs a National Caregiving Strategy to meaningfully support caregivers across the country. A successful strategy must reflect the experiences and priorities of caregivers with lived experience. To celebrate National Caregiver Month, Family Caregivers of BC is hosting a joint consultation with the Canadian Centre for Caregiving Excellence (CCCE), where you can share your ideas and recommendations to create a brighter future of care.
During this session, you will also hear about:
- Learn about some of the biggest challenges faced by caregivers across Canada
- How a National Caregiver Strategy can improve the experiences of all those who give care
Registration for this event is required.
If you cannot attend and would like to share your ideas, visit the CCCE’s National Caregiving Strategy webpage to complete their public consultation engagement form.
We look forward to creating a brighter future of care together!
