Medical Assistance in Dying MAiD

August 18, 2020

Handout

End of life decisions are some of the most difficult decisions one may have to face. Since 2016, medical assistance in dying has been legalized in Canada.

This learning event will provide an in-depth account on everything you need to know about medical assistance in dying (MAiD). This webinar is designed to provide information and to answer your questions.

“FCBC believes that people have the right to make informed choices about their lives. To support this, we endeavor to bring relevant information to the attention of caregivers. As well, we will be making sure that MAiD is presented as an option in the End of Life and palliative continuum of care, not an either / or”.
