Mindfulness Practice Time: 26-minutes
Kate offers a self-compassion break to caregivers for May Caregiver Awareness Month. Parts of self-compassion include 1. mindfulness 2. common humanity and 3. kindness.
We aim to bring some awareness to the feelings and sensations of the body to help tame them. Heavy feelings get lighter when we put them into words. Consider your mental wellbeing before versus after the session. How do you feel differently? How did this session impact you? How could you incorporate elements of this session into your daily life?
If you need mental health support, our caregiver support line staff are here to help at 1-877-520-3267.
