DESCRIPTION:Caregiver Support Group Facilitator Training\n\nOctober 30- 
 November 2\, 10-12:30\n\nFamily Caregivers of British Columbia is seekin
 g caregiver support program staff and volunteers who can listen with com
 passion and who have caregiving experience or knowledge of family caregi
 ver issues and concerns. We provide this training to increase caregiver 
 support groups in other community organizations\, as well as add support
  group facilitators to our volunteer team.\n\nThis training will provide
  you with information about the peer support group model\, and the skill
 s and techniques for facilitating a caregiver support group.\n\nThis onl
 ine training will take place over four (4) days\, gathering to navigate 
 a 2.5 hour module per day. We will expect you to make a commitment to fu
 ll time participation in the online sessions. Failure to attend all 4 mo
 dules\, will result in unsuccessful completion of the training.\n\nIs th

  will get in touch to have a conversation about your caregiving experien
 ce. This can really help explain the Caregiver Support Group Facilitator
