 regivers of British Columbia is seeking people who can listen with compa
 ssion and who have caregiving experience or knowledge of family caregive
 r issues and concerns. We are looking to add support group facilitators 
 to our volunteer team\, as well as support community organizations who h
 ave a caregiving support program.\n\nThis training will provide you with
  information about the peer support group model\, and the skills and tec
 hniques for facilitating a caregiver support group.\n\nThis online train
 ing will take place over four (4) days\, gathering daily to navigate a 2
 .5 hour module from October 18 – 21st from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm. We w
 ill expect you to make a commitment to full time participation in the on
 line sessions.\n\nIs this training a fit for you? After the registration
  process\, a FCBC staff will get in touch to have a conversation about y
 our caregiving experience. This can really help explain the volunteer Su
 pport Group Facilitator role and help you to decide if it’s a fit for
