Are you feeling overwhelmed by caregiving during the pandemic? Join us for this seven-week, in-person support group where we will explore psychoeducational skills and tools in a supportive environment with other caregivers. This group will be facilitated by registered clinical counsellor Tania Suzuki Pichler Castilho. We will hold information sessions online in early January for those interested in learning more.
