SUMMARY:Living Life to the Full Caregiver Group
DESCRIPTION:Living Life to the Full Caregiver Group\n\nFamily Caregivers
  of BC (FCBC) and the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) are part
 nering to support caregivers' mental health. In eight enjoyable 90-minut
 e sessions â€“ one per week â€“ this program helps caregivers make a dif
 ference in their lives. Participants are taught how to deal with their f
 eelings when fed up or worried and learn skills to help them tackle prob
 lems and navigate life transitions and difficulties. Pre-registration is
  required\, and it will be a closed 8-week caregiver group.\n\nSession D
 escription:\n\n 	Understanding your feelings - this session helps you un
 derstand how your responses to outside events can affect your thoughts a
 nd feelings. You will learn how the vicious cycle works.\n 	Doing things
  that make you feel better â€“ this session helps you break out of the c
 ycle of low activity and sets out a simple plan for getting back in acti
 on.\n 	Looking at things differently â€“ this session will teach you how
  to stop unhelpful thinking from taking control of your life. You will l
 earn how to swap bad thoughts for good ones.\n 	Building your inner conf
 idence â€“ you will learn secrets and get to like yourself again\, with 
 practical suggestions about how to build your self-esteem.\n 	How to fix
  almost everything â€“ this session introduces the easy 4-step plan â€“ 
 a straightforward way to fix your problems and achieve your goals that h
 ave worked for thousands of people.\n 	The things you do that help and t
 he things you do that donâ€™t â€“ this session helps you get back in con
 trol of excessive spending\, drinking\, binge-watching â€¦ anything.\n 	
 1\, 2\, 3 breathe! â€“ this session teaches you a breathing technique â€
 “ everything you need to control your temper and improve your happiness 
 and relationships.\n 	10 things you can do to feel happier right now â€“
  the last session sums everything up and then shows you how to be happie
 r\, fitter\, and able to see the positive side of life every day.\n\nDat
