 r support group – we invite family caregivers to join us in this virtu
 al bi-weekly support group meeting. This will be a safe learning and sha
 ring space for caregivers to receive and give support to others in a sim
 ilar caregiving situation.\nCaregivers will have access to a library of 
 resources focused on themes discussed in the meetings. Participants can 
 expect to openly share on diverse caregiving concerns related to their c
 urrent experiences. Emerging themes discussed in previous meetings inclu
 de dealing with the emotional side of caregiving\, family dynamics\, nav
 igating the healthcare system\, etc. Come and share in a space you can b
 e heard\, and your voice will matter.\nPurpose: Provide caregivers with 
 an opportunity to practice mindfulness together\, reduce stress\, and bu
 ild resilience through guided sessions.\nParticipant Experience &amp\; O
 utcomes: Caregivers will learn and practice mindfulness techniques\, bui
 ld self-compassion\, and leave with simple tools and resources (guided a
 udio and reading list) to use daily.\nRegistration: Registered participa
