Our Fall Art-Therapy Group is back for another season! This transformative community program offers caregivers a chance to explore various art mediums in a supportive group setting. Designed to foster mindfulness and relaxation, it helps participants experience the healing power of art. Research shows that art-making can assist in managing stress, support healing, build self-worth, and foster connections with others. We’re excited to have the talented Matty Cervantes return as our art facilitator, bringing expertise and passion to guide us through this enriching experience. Join us for a journey of self-discovery and well-being through creative expression and communal support.
Please note, this program is a closed workshop group with room for 30 participants. When you sign up for the workshop series, we kindly ask that you commit to attending all four sessions. Looking forward to having you with us!
