 s in the Greater Victoria Area to relax\, connect\, and recharge. Throug

 ss your caregiving journey in a supportive environment.\n\nThis 4-sessio
 n Art Therapy Group for Caregivers is led by Matty Cervantes\, a psychot
 herapist with 15+ years of experience. Specializing in arts-based therap
 y\, Matty uses creativity to reduce stress\, promote healing\, and build
  community. These sessions offer a space for mindfulness\, relaxation\, 
 and self-expression.\n\nJoin us for one session or attend them all—reg
