How are you coping with emotional challenges?
Caregivers of people living in long-term care homes may experience stress, anxiety, sadness and grief. Recognizing and acknowledging the feelings you are experiencing can help you to manage how you cope with this stressful situation. In this support circle we will share information and resources with family caregivers as partners in care during this state of emergency to contain the COVID-19 pandemic.

To join this support circle, contact our Family Caregiver Support Line (1-877-520-3267 Ext 1) or cgsupport@familycaregiversbc.ca – we close registration one day before the support group (Tuesday at 2pm). Upon registration we will provide you with instructions on how to join us by phone or online using the Zoom platform.
