Family Caregivers of BC encourage and welcome referrals from family, friends and health care providers. If you are a caregiver, you can also self-refer. Please complete the electronic form or call us a 1-877-520-3267 toll free within British Columbia.

The Provincial Family Caregiver Program supports family caregivers in partnership with the Ministry of Health, Patients as Partners and offers:
