The British Columbia Law Institute and the Canadian Centre for Elder Law are conducting a survey of family caregivers in BC. The survey will help evaluate how effective the current laws of BC and Canada are in supporting BC’s family caregivers. They are looking at options for reform in the areas of employment law, pensions, tax policy and work place flexibility, and are looking to other countries and leading BC employers for innovations in supporting caregivers.
