Sessions: 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:00–8:30 PM

Facilitator: Rob Cloke

Description:

Online via Zoom (link provided upon registration)

This virtual support runs every month and is designed for adults who are navigating the complexities of caring for parents or elder family members, including uncles, aunts, and cousins.

We will explore how shifting caregiving roles affect communication and interpersonal connections, offering strategies to enhance dialogue and understanding.

Participants can share their experiences in a supportive, peer-led environment, fostering community and mutual understanding.
