Listen to two experienced caregivers who will share their experiences and learning on their dementia journey as they support their person at home. We will also hear from a gerontologist caregiver coach from the Family Caregiver of BC caregiver support team who will share beneficial caregiver resources and discuss the importance of creating a circle of care/support system for the caregiver.
