About the presenter:
Dr. Adam Hoverman is a Family Medicine Physician with the Wellington Medical Clinic and co-lead for Social Prescribing at the Nanaimo Division of Family Practice. He also holds Clinical Instructor roles with the University of British Columbia Faculty of Medicine and the University of Washington School of Public Health. His work focuses on caregiver integration, social prescribing, and the co-design, co-creation, and co-production of health and social care to improve individual and population health.
