Sessions: Every Thursday starting October 30th through November 20th, 10:30 am – 12:00 pm
Description: Step into the healing power of nature with our caregiver walking group – a chance to move your body, lift your spirit and connect with others who understand the unique challenges of caregiving. This leisurely walking group will meet at different locations around Greater Victoria. The group will spend around one hour walking together and 20-30 minutes in group discussion.
