About the Workshop: This virtual workshop offers family caregivers a private, safe, and reflective writing experience focused on compassionate self-nurturing and self-discovery. Participants write privately using an individual, structured journal workbook.
How Does It Work?: No special writing skills are required. Writing takes place in a calm, meditative small-group setting with brief verbal guidance. There is no requirement to share, though optional sharing is welcome in a supportive and respectful space.
Benefits: Participants may experience respite from stress and fatigue, increased self-understanding, emotional balance, and spiritual resilience. This is a non-diagnostic, non-judgmental process.
