Description: Are you a caregiver who is feeling exhausted? Stressed? Not getting enough help? No time for yourself? Feeling alone, at times discouraged? If you are saying yes to any of the above, you might find comfort in sharing some of your stress with other people living with similar situations. Join us in a safe environment where the goal is to help lighten your load and share possible solutions. Give yourself a short break where you will find support and relief.
