Sessions: Nov 5, Nov 19, Dec 3, Dec 17, Jan 7, Jan 21 from 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm
Description: We invite family caregivers to join us in this virtual bi-weekly support group meeting. This will be a safe learning and sharing space for caregivers to receive and give support to others in a similar caregiving situation.
Caregivers will have access to a library of resources focused on themes discussed in the meetings. Participants can expect to openly share on diverse caregiving concerns related to their current experiences. Emerging themes discussed in previous meetings include dealing with emotional side of caregiving, family dynamics, navigating the healthcare system etc. Come and share in a space you can be heard, and your voice will matter.
