Young Sibling Peer Support Network
Program overview:
These are free, monthly online peer support groups specifically designed for siblings of children with chronic health conditions and/or disabilities. The sessions are open to families anywhere in BC, Alberta, or the Yukon.
The groups are for children aged 8–11 years old and are facilitator-led, with a focus on peer connection and common themes siblings often experience, such as managing big emotions, navigating family dynamics, and building self-care strategies.
