To help you celebrate, Family Caregivers of BC has created self-care resources that you can use not only today, but any day of the year.
Self-Care, self-awareness, and resiliency are related! One of the key ways to build resilience is to focus on taking care of yourself. It helps to keep your mind and body primed to deal with situations that require resilience.
Join our webinar today , “Strengthen Your Resiliency Muscle” with Kate Landreth from FCBC, as she guides caregivers through a conversation around resiliency, self-reflection, and self-care. We welcome family and friend caregivers to join the webinar on Monday, July 24th at 2 pm PST. The webinar will also be archived to the Family Caregivers of BC website in the resource center.
